We also research the rent that can be achieved on buy to let properties in order to target and suggest the best areas for you. This way we can give you a detailed valuation report on the property value before and after any refurbishment and provide a detailed review of the area including rental yields.
We negotiate the purchase price on your behalf, to ensure you are buying at the best possible market price. And we supply property refurbishment specification at the point of proceeding to purchase, as well as a RICS independent surveyor’s valuation report based on the current value and expected value after any works.
